This inspection enables us to guarantee that our product is of the highest quality and the best of its kind. Should something nevertheless break, we offer excellent Warranty Terms & Conditions and first class service.
Register your EGG
If you wish to make use of the warranty or another type of service, start by registering your EGG. Be sure to do so as quickly as possible after you’ve purchased one! In addition, we recommend that you hang onto your EGGs proof of purchase, as we may ask for it at a later stage.
There is no need to register accessories. We do recommend, however, that you hang onto the proof of purchase of these items as well.

We offer a limited lifetime guarantee on the materials and structure of all the ceramic parts of the EGG. We offer a limited guarantee on other parts.
