Durable Drip Tray Kit

Easily keep your Big Green Egg’s heat deflector clean with the Durable Drip Tray Kit, a set of 2 reusable stainless steel drip trays to catch dripping fat, released juices and any food residue. They can withstand high temperatures and frequent use without warping or wearing out. The drip trays will only discolour a little as a natural result of exposure to heat. Done cooking? Wipe grease, juices and/or other residue from the drip trays with kitchen paper and simply clean them in the dishwasher.

The Durable Drip Tray Kit is designed to be combined with the Dual Zone Deflector Kit, consisting of a stainless steel Deflector Basket and 2 Split Heat Deflectors. Place a Split Heat Deflector topped with one of the Drip Trays in the Basket to combine direct and indirect cooking, or use both Split Heat Deflectors and Drip Trays for fully indirect cooking. The size of the heat deflectors is designed to match the size of the drip trays, so you can make the most of the indirect cooking surface.
