We take you on a journey of flavours in every new edition of Enjoy! Our aim is to inspire you with delicious recipes and background stories, and to help you get acquainted with the many cooking techniques that are possible with a Big Green Egg.
This time we take Thomas and Jenny to Atlanta, Big Green Egg’s home town. This authentic and enthusiastic couple from Sweden have long been devoted to their (now 13!) EGGs. They are off to discover the origins of the Big Green Egg and become acquainted with local ingredients and eating habits.
This trip to Atlanta also provided us with the perfect opportunity to share a piece of history in respect of the EGG developing within the USA and the developments in Europe. American Ed Fisher, founding father of Big Green Egg Inc., explains how it all started, and Wessel Buddingh, founder of Big Green Egg Europe, shares the story of his European adventure. Enjoy!
