We take you on a journey of flavours in every new edition of Enjoy! Our aim is to inspire you with delicious recipes and background stories, and to help you get acquainted with the many cooking techniques that are possible with a Big Green Egg.
In this autumn-winter edition of Enjoy! we will, among other things, introduce you to the honest and pure flavours of the Algarve, and the best local products from Berlin and the surrounding area. Chef and Flavour Virtuoso Micha Schäfer of Speiselokal Nobelhart & Schmutzig will take you along on a visit to some of his growers. Later on, he’ll prepare some tasty dishes on the Big Green Egg using these ingredients.
