The Big Green Egg Round Drip Pan collects dripping, liquid and leftovers, preventing them from ending up on the charcoal or convEGGtor. Filling the round aluminium drip pan with a small amount of water will increase the humidity level in the EGG, making your dishes even juicier.

A lot of fat and liquid is released when grilling chicken. No problem for this Round Drip Pan! Position a Roaster or Vertical Poultry Roaster in the drip pan before placing it on the grid of your Big Green Egg. The Round Drip pan has a 27 cm diameter, a non-stick coating (duh!) and can easily handle temperatures up to 232°C.
