The versatility of pork
Each ingredient can be prepared on the Big Green Egg in many different ways. Consistently focused on a specific ingredient, this new series of specials will thoroughly examine various delicious cooking techniques. In this first special, we’ve put pork in the limelight. After all, pork is one of the most popular and versatile types of meat.
Not everyone has a positive image of it, however, despite pork being the basic ingredient of so many delicious dishes. Our chef, Ralph de Kok, purchased his ingredients from Slagerij de Leeuw and prepared 3 delicious dishes on the EGG based on a beautiful, mouth-watering piece of pork.
